🔧 General Maintenance Operative Full-time | Permanent | Competitive Pay Are you a hands-on problem solver with a can-do attitude? We’re looking for a General Maintenance Operative to join our friendly team in Kilburn and help keep our facilities running smoothly every day. What You’ll Do Carry out general building, repair, and maintenance tasks (painting, plumbing, basic carpentry, electrical checks, etc.) Perform routine inspections and report any issues promptly Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard Support other departments with ad-hoc maintenance or setup requests Keep the work area clean, safe, and organised What We’re Looking For Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman, or similar role Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and joinery work Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
