We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our Nico's team. The club is closed on Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year. We are currently looking for a Kitchen Porter to join back of house team. Washing dishes manually and by using the dishwasher. Maintaining the kitchen work areas in accordance with Food Safety regulations. The Experience & Qualifications required of our Kitchen Porter are: Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club in a similar role is advantageous Flexibility with hours and days The working hours: Shifts are 9 hours between Monday – Sunday and within a 24h period on a rota basis. The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
