A leading housebuilder is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Land Manager to support continued growth across the South West, based out of their Bath office. This is a key role within a high-performing land team, responsible for identifying, securing, and delivering a strong pipeline of residential development opportunities across a varied portfolio. The Role You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and acquiring land opportunities, working across a mix of: • Immediate/short-term sites, • Strategic land opportunities, • Joint ventures and partnership schemes You’ll be involved throughout the full lifecycle — from initial identification and appraisal through to negotiation, acquisition, and handover.
