Job Title: Field Sales Manager Department: TNHG Reports to: Account Manager, Account Director, Managing Director • The Field Sales Manager will assist in maintaining excellent working relationships with new and existing Housebuilder clients to deliver a first class service., • Assist the Account Management team in increasing the level of reservation referrals, • Follow up new business opportunities as outlined by the Account Management Team, • Maintain good working relationships with new and existing clients., • Monitor and provide reports on market intelligence, competitor activities and Housebuilder satisfaction, • Assist the Account Management team by giving support at Housebuilder client sales meetings, • Communicate new products and/or initiatives to existing and prospective clients, • Provide a link between clients, housebuilders and internal teams to ensure service levels are not compromised., • To deliver the agreed Business Objectives, • Assist in the Development and Implementation of Marketing and Promotional Activity, • Assist in the Development and Training of our Housebuilder clients in promoting our products/services, • Provide a service on a nationwide basis, • Promote a consistent, high quality, customer-focused approach to business processes, ensuring that you contribute to the Consumer Duty obligations, considering these obligations in all actions and decisions that are taken, and ensure this requirement is adhered to at all times together with the companies compliance procedures, • Provide Management Information as required to measure the performance of all activities, • Ensure Housebuilder satisfaction, • Provide support with Housebuilder promotions and site launches, • Assist with entertaining plans in line with budget requirements, • To ensure all Company polices are adhered to, including Money Laundering Guidelines, Data Protection Policy and the Anti Bribery Programme, • Ad hoc duties as and when required by the Managing Director, Account Director & Account Management Team, • Proven sales and customer facing experience within the provision of a Sales/Mortgage Advice environment., • CeMAP Mortgage Qualification or equivalent., • Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook., • Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills., • Full driving licence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
