Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Transit Van Driver Location: Lancing Employment Type: Full time , Temp Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 21+ Role Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver who can also operate a Transit Van for local deliveries and collections. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock movement, and safely transporting goods to customer sites. Key Responsibilities Forklift Operations Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently. Load and unload vehicles, pallets, and materials. Move, stack, and organise stock within the warehouse as instructed. Conduct daily forklift safety and maintenance checks. Follow all site H&S procedures and maintain a tidy working environment.Van Driving & Deliveries Drive a Transit Van for multi-drop or scheduled deliveries and collections. Load and secure goods in the van to prevent damage during transit. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records. Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects.Warehouse Support Assist with general warehouse tasks when required. Pick, pack, and prepare orders to meet deadlines. Work collaboratively with the warehouse and transport teams.Requirements Must be 21+ (insurance requirement for vehicle operation). Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence Experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or industrial environment.
