As part of the DIO Accommodation team, youll be at the heart of delivering high-quality housing and support services for military families. Were responsible for managing housing across wide geographical areas. Travel to Ministry of Defence locations across the regions is an essential part of the role. Youll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, well maintained and high standard housing. This includes managing repairs, maintenance, community upgrades such as playparks, and working closely with our industry partners to monitor and improve performance. In the York area alone, our team manages approximately 1,000 housing assets so theres plenty of scope to make an impact!
