This role will sit within EU time zones and requires someone confident navigating that setup day-to-day. About the Role We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director to play a key role within a growing Brand & Communications team, leading the delivery of high-quality creative work across a global client portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance concepting, execution, and team support - helping shape standout creative that connects brands, rights holders, and audiences in meaningful ways. You’ll work across a mix of brand, campaign, and digital projects, ensuring everything delivered is strategically aligned, creatively strong, and commercially impactful. What You’ll Be Doing Creative Leadership & Delivery • Lead creative concepting across campaigns and brand projects, • Support and contribute to overall creative direction, • Oversee the execution of design and copy across projects, • Translate client objectives into strong creative solutions, • Scope creative workstreams across multiple deliverables, • Support creative production across internal and external teams, • Present work confidently to clients, • Mentor and support junior creatives, • Provide day-to-day guidance and feedback What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in a senior creative or Associate Creative Director role, • Strong portfolio across brand identity, campaigns, and digital, • Experience working within sport (agency, brand, or rights holder side), • Ability to lead concepting while collaborating within a wider team, • Experience scoping projects and planning resources, • Confident presenter with strong stakeholder management skills, • Strategic mindset -understanding how creativity drives business impact Please share a link to your portfolio showcasing relevant brand, campaign, and digital work.
