We are seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice Administrative Assistant for a part-time position, working 20 hours per week. This role offers a hands-on experience, primarily in-person with the option to work from home at the employer’s discretion. Key Responsibilities • Provide general administrative support and perform day-to-day office tasks., • Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word., • Manage email correspondence through Outlook., • Complete online forms and maintain accurate records., • Assist with filing, organisation, and other administrative duties as required. Requirements • Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to follow instructions and work closely with the employer., • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn., • Reliable, professional, and organised.
