We are a busy, authentic Italian restaurant in Chiswick committed to delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service in a warm and welcoming environment. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Front of House Staff Member to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within an Italian or similar full-service restaurant. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day front of house operations. Key Responsibilities • Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner, • Taking food and drink orders accurately, • Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently, • Explaining menu items, daily specials, and drinks, • Handling customer queries and resolving complaints professionally, • Processing payments and operating the till, • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining and service areas, • Assisting with opening and closing duties, • Experience in a busy restaurant environment, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Confident handling cash and card payments, • Ability to work under pressure, • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines, • Bar experience
