Processing paperwork, updating spreadsheets, generating tickets, and maintaining accurate records for accounting purposes Directing traffic, managing the flow of vehicles, and ensuring visitors sign in and have the correct personal protective equipment (PPE). Enforcing site rules, checking loads for compliance with permits and legislation, and reporting non-conforming materials. Acting as a first point of contact for drivers and visitors, answering queries, and maintaining professional relationships. Performing basic cleaning and reporting any defects or required maintenance of the weighbridge system. Assist management during audits from customers and regulatory agencies to provide accurate and timely production data Effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and internal staff. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the MRF Plant equipment and the safety of staff, contractors, and visitors on-site Liaise with the facilities managers to maintain efficient and effective operations. Inspecting work area and equipment for deficiencies, hazards, and malfunctions and reporting all discrepancies or unsafe conditions to Management/Maintenance Undertake all tasks in accordance with the company's Quality and Environmental management system, Business Management System and Health and Safety Regulations, ensuring employees are knowledgeable about any potential hazards and all necessary precautions Utilisation of resources and materials to ensure maximum throughput, effectiveness and to continuously improve all aspects of the facilities Provide line management responsibilities for all facility personnel, including on-the-job training, ensuring employees have the skills to perform their jobs safely Assist management during audits from customers and regulatory agencies to provide accurate and timely production data Work in conjunction with Weighbridge Operations to control all loading and tipping hall activities, ensuring full compliance with company procedures What were looking for; Essential Accuracy and attention to detail: Ability to use and update computer systems, spreadsheets, and weighbridge software. Communication skills Knowledge of relevant legislation, such as weights and measures, and site-specific rules. Willingness to cover different hours and potentially assist at other sites. What's next?
