Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the company’s architectural, interior design, and construction services to prospective clients across the UK and international markets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, and direct client outreach; build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential residential and commercial projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, investors, suppliers, and other business partners to support long-term collaboration and business growth. Work closely with the internal design, construction, and management teams to understand project offerings and ensure proposals, presentations, and client communications accurately reflect the company’s services, quality, and professional standards. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback; prepare sales reports and recommendations for management to improve business development strategies and strengthen the company’s market position.
