Duties • Support clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility to enhance their quality of life, • Assist in implementing and reviewing personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences, • Provide companionship and emotional support to foster positive relationships and reduce feelings of loneliness, • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided using IT systems and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address concerns promptly, • Support transportation needs by driving clients safely to appointments or activities when required, • Contribute to a clean, safe environment by following infection control procedures and reporting any hazards Skills • Valid driving license with the ability to drive safely and responsibly in various settings, • Experience working in care homes or providing home care services is highly desirable, • Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed care plans accurately, • Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and communication purposes, • Excellent communication skills in English to connect effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism, • Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail This role offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your career within a supportive environment that values your dedication.
