Innovating and making new delicious food items; planning, creating, preparing and cooking foods, and overseeing their preparation and monitoring the quality of finished dishes to the highest standard and taste; Preparing and cooking dishes in accordance with the customers’ order in a timely manner taking into account the seasonal produce and their dietary requirements, if any; ensuring requisition, purchase and examination foodstuffs from the supplier to ensure the quality of the products; supervising and organising kitchen staff; ensuring compliance with relevant hygiene and health and safety standards within the kitchen; planning, co-ordinating and instructing kitchen staff as regards to the cleaning and maintain standard to the highest standard. Providing training and necessary support to the junior chefs and kitchen staffs; managing food stock and inventory in order to ensure that ingredients are ordered and maintained;
