KITCHEN PORTER / CLEANER – RICHMOND Sudí – Radici Pugliesi is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter/Cleaner to join our team. Pay: £13.50 per hour plus tronc Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends Main responsibilities: • Maintain a clean and efficient pot-wash area throughout service, • Wash, sanitise and return plates, cookware and kitchen utensils promptly, • Keep the kitchen, storage areas and staff facilities clean and hygienic, • Clean designated restaurant areas, including the washrooms, • Complete all end-of-service cleaning, including floors, surfaces, sinks, bins, dishwasher and kitchen equipment, • Manage waste and recycling and respond safely to spillages, • Follow all daily, weekly and scheduled deep-cleaning duties, • Use and store cleaning products safely and correctly, • Support the kitchen team with simple tasks when required, • Follow all food-hygiene, health-and-safety and cleaning procedures Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen is preferred.
