ACTIVITIES CO-ORDINATOR needed at our Hatch Mill care home for older people, in Farnham, Surrey. This role supports residents by creating, planning and delivering activities, outings and events. Previous care experience in a working environment is essential. Occasional travel to other care homes in Surrey/Berkshire may be required so you'll need to be a car driver with a UK driving licence for this role. Reporting to the Wellbeing Manager. Working hours The shifts are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-5.00pm, and alternate weekends, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 9am - 12.30pm with ad hoc hours to support events in the care homes.
