We are looking for a- FULL TIME Host to join the team as part of Caprice Holdings. Sexy Fish, located in the heart of Mayfair, is an avant-garde dining destination celebrated for its opulent decor, innovative cuisine, and electric atmosphere. We are currently seeking a poised and customer-focused Host to join our dynamic team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience at our restaurant. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. - Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments. - Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience. - Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance. - Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized. - Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. Requirements: - Previous experience as a receptionist or host or Maitre D’ in a restaurant or hospitality setting. - Experience with either Open Table or Seven Rooms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Positive and friendly demeanour.
