seeking a highly organized, experienced, and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our growing property management and real estate company. This is starting as a part-time position, ideal for a professional who understands the fast-paced nature of property management and can efficiently handle administrative, operational, and bookkeeping responsibilities.Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to management, • Handle tenant and client communications (calls, emails, and in-person inquiries), • Maintain organized records of leases, contracts, and property files, • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and contractors, • Assist with rent collection, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable, • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as needed, • Schedule appointments, property showings, and inspections etc.
