Job Summary
Part time file clerk wanted for boutique personal injury/ medical malpractice firm. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented File Clerk/Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized records, supporting daily office operations, and providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. Duties


Organize, process, and file both digital and some printed documents.
File legal and administrative documents into two separate internal systems.
Stamp incoming and outgoing mail; process and route documents as appropriate.
Perform data entry of filing and mail records into both systems.
Carry out other administrative office support tasks as assigned.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed
Required Skills & Software:


Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be computer literate and comfortable learning new systems.
Experience Level:


Clerical experience: basic data entry required.
Assignment Details:


Schedule: 3–4 hours per day, 12:00pm–4:00pm (Monday through Friday; schedule flexibility available upon discussion)
Work Environment: 100% onsite
Skills


Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, and data entry tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with office management tasks such as filing, calendar management, and document proofreading.
Knowledge of phone etiquette, and customer service best practices.
Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating attention to detail and reliability a plus.
Bilingual communication skills (Spanish) to serve diverse clients and team members effectively a plus.
Knowledge of CloudLex a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
