seeking a highly organized, experienced, and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our growing property management and real estate company. This is starting as a part-time position, ideal for a professional who understands the fast-paced nature of property management and can efficiently handle administrative, operational, and bookkeeping responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to management 
  • Handle tenant and client communications (calls, emails, and in-person inquiries) 
  • Maintain organized records of leases, contracts, and property files 
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and contractors 
  • Assist with rent collection, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable 
  • Perform bookkeeping duties, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial tracking 
  • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as needed 
  • Schedule appointments, property showings, and inspections etc.
