We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to help with day-to-day office tasks. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and emails
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Organize and file documents
Prepare reports and basic presentations
Order and manage office supplies
Support team members with administrative tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office role

Good communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to handle tasks independently and follow instructions
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
