Responsibilities Supervise and engage with students in a safe and supportive manner Lead homework help and tutoring sessions Facilitate enrichment activities such as arts & crafts, STEM, literacy, games, and team-building Maintain classroom behavior and routines Communicate regularly with the program director and parents as needed Set up and clean up activities and materials
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in education or child development preferred) Experience working with school-aged children (K–8) Strong communication and classroom management skills Must be dependable, punctual, and professional CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Background check required
