Personality & is a self-awareness centered social wellness platform for young professionals seeking intentional growth and connection. We believe personality is the foundation of the human experience, and that self-awareness is the catalyst for aligned relationships, careers, and lives. We host curated events and speaking engagements and are looking to move into retreats and brand partnerships rooted in psychology and intention.
Responsibilities
As the Brand & Strategy Intern, you’ll work closely with the founder of Personality& with operational and creative tasks that keep Personality & moving. You can look forward to gaining hands-on experience in brand building, startup strategy, partnerships, and content creation.
Content Support:

Assist with scheduling and posting across Instagram, Substack, and LinkedIn
Help brainstorm and organize content ideas into Google Calendar and Google Tasks
Organizing brand assets in Google Drive
Light design work using templates (Canva)

Outreach & Research:

Identify aligned brands, influencers, and collaborators for upcoming events

Event & Admin Help:

Support event prep and logistics (e.g., swag, RSVPs, vendor research)
Help manage and organize digital files, calendars, and task lists

Creative Input:

Offer ideas on how to make content more engaging

You’ll be a great fit if you’re:

A self-starter who’s organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
18+ year old college student or creative, passionate about self-awareness, community building, or psychology
Interested in brand building, social media, or event production
Comfortable navigating Canva, Google Suite, Instagram, Substack, and LinkedIn
A good communicator who isn’t afraid to pitch ideas or ask questions

Bonus: You have an eye for design, trends, and aesthetics

A flexible schedule of roughly 6 hours weekly and summer stipend of $750
