Job Title: Cashier Location: Jiayoungocafe Reports To: Store Supervisor / Café Manager Job Summary The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling transactions efficiently and accurately. This role ensures smooth front-of-house operations, maintains cleanliness at the counter area, and supports the overall customer experience at Jiayoungocafe. Key Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and process orders at the counter., • Handle cash, credit/debit, and digital payments accurately., • Issue receipts, refunds, and change promptly and correctly., • Ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift., • Assist customers with menu inquiries and recommend products when appropriate., • Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and front counter., • Follow café policies, procedures, and safety standards., • Support in packaging take-out orders and upselling café items., • High school graduate or equivalent., • Previous experience as a cashier, barista, or in customer service is an advantage., • Basic math and computer skills., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure calmly., • Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays., • Long periods of standing., • Team-oriented environment.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience to join our team at Phase 10. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Conduct onsite client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide product/service information. Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and company offerings. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required). Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (minimum 1–2 years). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet and exceed sales goals under pressure. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
