Cook needed: 10am - 6pm 4 days a week

The Line Cook is a self-starter & team player with leadership qualities who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment. Excellent organizational skills • Desire to learn about flavors from various ethnic cuisines, such as Asian, Latin, Hawaiian, and Italian, that inspire our contemporary dishes, • Set up stations with all necessary supplies, • Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly, • Prepare menu items in cooperation with the greater kitchen., • Flexibility to work within all stations, • Experience in fry, plancha, poke, garde manger, or expeditor, • Self-starter with the capacity to follow through on tasks, • The ability to multitask at all points during your workday, • An eagerness to grow as part of a close-knit team, • Reports all operational needs and equipment or aspects of the, • kitchen in need of repair or improvement to management, • Additional Pay is bilingual in Spanish & English! MUST HAVE FOOD HANDLERS (NO EXCEPTIONS) • Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in the kitchen, • Follow recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistent quality, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas, • Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation, • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, • Collaborate with the kitchen team and FOH staff to ensure smooth operations
