Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as a Computer Repair Technician or similar role.
Thorough understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Proficiency in using repair tools and equipment.
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple repair tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a retail or customer service setting.
Familiarity with popular computer brands like Apple, Dell, HP, and Lenovo.
Knowledge of soldering and board-level repairs.
Ability to handle delicate components and use specialized equipment.
