Tapuz is an NYC-based event staffing company looking for STAFF ON DEMAND - We are recruiting vibrant and energetic individuals to work with the top brands in the event industry. Currently looking for Servers and Bartenders to work various high-end shifts at extraordinary venues/stores throughout NYC. Servers - $23-$24 / hr - 1+ year of full service experience. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff and set tables and rearrange the dining area. Must be able to work off-site events. Cooks - $22 - $24 / hr - 1+ year of full service experience as a cook. Kitchen and knife skills required. Prepare ingredients, maintain a clean and safe work area, operate kitchen equipment and follow recipes consistently. Bartenders - $24 / hr - 2+ year of full service experience. Mix and serve alcoholic beverages with knowledge of common drinks.

Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies ● Oversee daily ordering and reconciliation of incoming products ● Track and report key functional metrics of daily upkeep and rotation of products to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness ● Determine quantity and timing of deliveries ● Ensure compliance of all regulatory codes for food storage ● Craft negotiation strategies and utilize best sourcing practices to ensure lowest price and best product ● Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation to ensure only the correct skus are procured ● Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power ● Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking ● Assess, manage and mitigate risks ● Actively seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers ● Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand

Positions/Descriptions: Must have minimum 2-3 years of related Fine Dining experience for all positions: Maitre D’: $14.50 + Tips Overseeing the flow of bookings to the restaurant, initial hospitality when arriving and booking reservations, and a warm goodbye. Bartenders, Servers, Bartenders: $14.50 + Tips Responsible for ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences filled with hospitality, delicious food and drinks. Host/Hostess: $14.50 + Tips Responsible for great and seating guests. Line Cooks: $25 Prep Cooks: $21 Responsible for cooking menu items, with a strong passion for food, technique, and an eagerness to learn more. Pastry Cooks: $23 Responsible for the daily preparation of pastry items for service in the restaurant. Support: $14.50 + Tips Support role encompasses setting up the dining room, setting tables, clearing tables, pouring water, running food, working with servers and expediters, resetting the dining room, polishing glassware and various tasks that support service at the restaurant. Sommeliers: $14.50 + Tips Responsible for providing our guests with a memorable wine experience and ensuring the excellence and creativity of the beverage program. Expeditors: $25 The expeditor is a liaison between the kitchen and service teams and works in the kitchen alongside both cooks and service team members. This expeditor facilitates the process of delivering dishes from the kitchen to the guests in a timely manner, following proper steps of service. Porters: $19 Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and restaurant by washing pots and pans, keeping the kitchen and dining room areas clean. Production Bartender: $40 Production Bartender is a wealth of knowledge of all cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage selections and constantly delivers excellence and hospitality. Production Barback: $30 Responsible for keeping all components of the bar area clean, organized, and stocked.

Entertainment security position available in NYC & Westchester county. We also have placement in Corporate contracts too. LOCATION: Clubs , Bar , Festivals , Concerts Duties : Access control , Patrolling, checking IDs , crowd control etc. Pay : 18hr-25hr No Experience needed , Will train & Certify for license. ( Training only 3 days )
