Hello! SOPO is a new Korean fast-casual restaurant based in NYC. Our mission is to deliver a guaranteed form of happiness in the form of Korean food to nourish the body and soul. We are a group of Korean friends and long-time New Yorkers, and we believe that Korean food is one of the best parts of our culture, which is why we’re launching our first store in NYC.
