Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Key Holder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of sales and inventory management.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and overall performance of the store
  • Supervise and train retail staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Oversee inventory control, receiving, and managing stock levels
  • Manage cash register operations and ensure accuracy in transactions
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Skills
  • Proficiency in sales management and retail math
  • Experience with inventory management and control
  • Strong understanding of POS systems and cash register operations
  • Ability to lead shifts effectively and manage a team
  • Knowledge store operations is a plus
