Job Overview We are looking for a dependable and skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with customers, and can confidently handle both residential and light commercial service calls, including emergency repairs. If you’re someone who can diagnose issues quickly, fix them right the first time, and represent the company professionally in the field, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems, • Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls with professionalism and urgency, • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups, • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues using standard diagnostic tools, • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals, • Complete minor plumbing-related work tied to HVAC systems, • Support equipment replacements, installations, or upgrades as needed, • Accurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendations, • Follow all safety protocols and company service standards, • Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and next steps Qualifications • 2–5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience preferred, • Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial systems, • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues independently, • Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and basic schematics, • Understanding of refrigeration fundamentals and HVAC components, • Basic plumbing knowledge related to HVAC systems, • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, • English proficiency required Preferred (Not Required) • EPA Certification, • Experience with boilers or light refrigeration systems, • Basic welding or fabrication skills Why Join Titan Group • Consistent residential and commercial service work, • Opportunity to handle emergency calls and grow your skill set, • Clear path for growth and increased responsibility, • Supportive, team-oriented environment, • A company that values reliability, communication, and doing the job right
