We are a poultry processing plant in Vineland NJ. This manager will be responsible for the proper operation of the facility. We slaughter poultry 5 days a week on first shift only.

Requirement
- Experience in poultry processing management is required.
- Ability to lead multiple teams with the help of subordinate supervisors, including slaughter team, evisecration line, packing team, deboneing and future processing team, maintenance team, cleaning team and logistics.
- As we are a USDA inspected plant this position must keep accurate detailed records and handle a good PM schedule in order to keep equipment running properly.
- Some computer skills are necessary for communication and record keeping.
