This includes securing the well-being and safety of the residents. Responsibilities also include keeping up with maintenance and repairs of the house, the vehicle, appliances, and equipment. The supervisor will make every effort to arrange coverage, however, the final responsibility rests on the residential staff., • Meeting deadlines and completing all necessary paperwork. This includes quarterly reports, monthly reports, fire drill records, attendance records, weight charts, house receipts, daily logbook, etc., • The Residential Worker shall be trained by Real House, Inc.s APN and will carry out the duties of Medication Technician (9am-3pm) During this shift the House Manager is considered on call, however remaining on the premises is typically not necessary. Being on call requires that you leave information with your supervisor as to where you may be reached.
