ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operate production equipment to produce products in accordance with production needs., • Complete equipment set-up's in accordance with customer specifications and quality procedures., • Produce assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions., • Record length of time and quantity of materials used for each job., • Inspect parts and document findings on appropriate paperwork as needed., • Notify management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries., • Adhere to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations., • Maintain work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas., • Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines., • Rubber machine operator (molding) position requires heat resist sleeves & gloves, safety glasses, and during set up steel toe tips., • Seals machine operator position requires safety glasses, ear plugs and during set up steel toe tips, • Required to wear proper gowning for specific areas, • Maintain good housekeeping and EHS requirements, • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, • 3-5 years of proven Machine Operator experience, • MS Office Suite, SAP a plus WORK ENVIRONMENT / CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
