Job DescriptionCategory & Marketing Manager – Viennoiserie Hybrid – United States (Travel Required) About Bridor: At Bridor, we blend European baking artistry with North American innovation to create premium baked goods. As we expand our presence in the U.S., we’re looking for a dynamic Category & Marketing Manager to lead our viennoiserie business and drive growth through strategic insight and impactful marketing. The Role As our Category & Marketing Manager – Viennoiserie, you will lead category strategy and marketing execution to accelerate Bridor’s footprint in the U.S. market. You’ll analyze trends, optimize product assortments, and develop high-impact marketing campaigns that support our sales teams and delight customers. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with sales, R&D, innovation, and supply chain teams — while bringing your entrepreneurial spirit to the forefront. Key ResponsibilitiesCategory Leadership • Analyze category performance (sales, profitability, market share) and monitor market trends, • Identify white space opportunities and guide portfolio strategy, including product selection and pricing, • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement category plans, • Support in-store merchandising and product presentation strategies, • Track KPIs and report key insights to leadershipMarketing Execution, • Create sales decks, POS materials, sell sheets, and launch kits, • Lead marketing efforts during customer meetings, trade shows, and product launches, • Tailor brand messaging for local customer segments and channels, • Ensure marketing and category strategies are fully alignedCollaboration & Culture, • Partner closely with U.S.-based sales and cross-functional teams in Canada and the U.S, • Demonstrate initiative, energy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, • Travel 30–40% of the time within the U.S. and to the Canadian HQ every 2–3 monthsRequirementsMinimum Qualifications:, • 5+ years in marketing, trade marketing, or category management (food industry experience preferred), • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesPreferred Skills & Knowledge:, • Deep knowledge of bakery and viennoiserie categories and consumer trends, • Experience with marketing campaign development and sales tool creation, • Familiarity with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS), • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) a plus, • Bilingual in English and French is highly desirable Ready to make your mark with Bridor?
