That includes assisting with all personal hygiene tasks, dressing, preparing breakfast and cleaning up afterwards. (9am-3pm) During this shift the House Manager is considered on call, however remaining on the premises is typically not necessary. Being on call requires that you leave information with your supervisor as to where you may be reached. Company revenue is generated through four primary channels: Global distributors, National distributors, Direct field selling efforts, and inside/telephone sales selling efforts. DWK supports four primary market segments: Life Science Research, Life Science Production & Packaging, Industrial & Applied Science, and Clinical – Healthcare. POSITION SUMMARY: Hands-on responsibility for packing all rubber components, manufacturing, and assembled products; managing a room or area of qualified rubber inspectors. To pack and inspect in accordance with established standards and customer requirements per pack specs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead the room in all inspection of rubber parts to assign jobs/duties as needed., • Perform packing requirements of completed product in accordance with company quality standards and production guidelines utilizing packing specs., • Move finished products between stations to prepare for shipping and visually inspect all good parts as they’re being completed., • Complete all paperwork of finished products for shipment in accordance with company procedures., • Work closely with quality and report problems or discrepancies to management in a timely manner., • Keep all inventory labeled and properly stored., • Notify management of injuries or related occurrences., • Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with safety and training guidelines, • Required to wear proper gowning for specific areas, • Maintain and organized work area and utilize good housekeeping and EHS requirements, • Oral Communication Skills and ability to follow instructions., • Written Communication Skills (English), • Basic Math Skills, • Organization, • Reading Skills, • Time Management Work may take place in an office, warehouse or manufacturing environment.
