Job Description Job Title: Boiler Engineer Job Description We are seeking a skilled Boiler Engineer responsible for the operation of chiller and boiler systems. This role involves coordinating with construction and maintenance teams for system and plant projects, maintaining oversight of water treatment activities, and adhering to the facility's lubrication program. Responsibilities • Operate chiller and boiler systems effectively., • Coordinate with construction and maintenance teams for system and plant projects., • Maintain oversight of water treatment activities to ensure compliance and efficiency., • Follow and implement the facility lubrication program., • 3+ years of experience with steam pressure above 15 PSI., • 3+ years of operation and repair experience with boilers and steam turbines., • Proficiency in steam equipment, boiler maintenance, and boiler operation., • Strong leadership abilities. Accumulate paid time off at a rate that equates to 18 days per year. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Wauwatosa, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $87360.00 - $104000.00/yr. • Health and dental insurance – both the Company and the employee share in the cost of this benefit. You are eligible for these benefits the first day of the month after your date of hire., • Life insurance, short- and long-term disability – the Company currently pays 100% of the cost., • Voluntary life insurance and critical illness insurance – you are eligible to purchase these coverages at group rates on an after-tax basis., • 401(k) – you are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan upon hire. In addition, currently the Company makes an annual contribution of 5% of your base annual compensation with an additional 2% if you also contribute 2% to your plan (for a total company contribution of 7%). This contribution is immediately 100% vested., • Tuition reimbursement – you are eligible to participate in this program, which provides 90% reimbursement of eligible coursework and books up to an annual maximum of $5,250 per fiscal year., • Parking or bus pass – the company provides and pays for monthly parking or a monthly bus pass or other modes of approved transportation, if applicable for your work location, • Company paid holidays – the Company currently recognizes nine paid holidays each year for which you are immediately eligible. A calendar is published each year reflecting the holidays recognized and the designated day the office will be closed. In addition, the company also grants you one paid floating holiday to be used on a date of your choice and a paid day off for your birthday, to be used on or around your birthdate., • Paid time off – PTO covers time off for vacation, sick time, and personal time. You will accrue 2.7692 hours of PTO per every 40 hours worked, which is equivalent to 144 hours (18 days) per year. You will continue to accrue PTO each year, thereafter, at the rate of 18 days per year until such time you are granted additional days in accordance with our PTO program**.
