Responsibilities:
NextWave Instructors:
· Deliver safety training courses as assigned
· Maintain attendance records, sign-in sheets, and other student recordkeeping
· Submit training records to Academic Coordinator in timely manner
· Comply with all OSHA Outreach and/or NYC DOB regulations and standards
· Ensure personal credentials and licenses remain valid and in good standing
Candidate Qualities:
· OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer card
· Microsoft Office Suite / Google Work Suite
· Experience guiding an adult education classroom
· Ability to schedule, facilitate, and problem solve
· Experience in the fields of occupational health and safety, construction, or the skilled trades
Bonus:
· Knowledge of video conferencing tools (Zoom)
· English-Spanish language a plus
