This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial law, contract law, property law, lease agreements, and real estate law knowledge. This role will require a high level of professionalism and excellent negotiation skills. Responsibilities: • Provide legal advice and guidance on matters related to commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development., • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate contracts and agreements., • Conduct due diligence in real estate transactions, including review of title, survey, and environmental issues., • Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary., • Stay up-to-date on changes in real estate law and inform the team of any potential impacts., • Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and development, to ensure all real estate transactions are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations., • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school., • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing., • 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney., • In-depth knowledge of commercial law, contract law, property law, and real estate law., • Proven experience in negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously., • Proven ability to manage a large workload and to work well under pressure., • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
