Qualifications • 3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal (plaintiff’s side preferred)., • Strong understanding of New York State court procedures and NYSCEF e-filing., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (e.g., SmartAdvocate, Needles, or TrialWorks)., • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills., • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment., • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate preferred., • Bilingual in English and Spanish — strongly preferred.
