Key Responsibilities: Advise on existing menu inspired by street food and international fusion flavors (e.g., Caribbean, Southern, Asian). Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, consistent dishes that match the dynamic energy of the restaurant. Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-energy, upscale dining environment. Strong knowledge of global fusion flavors, particularly Caribbean, Southern, and Asian cuisines. Creative culinary skills with a passion for street food concepts and cultural fusion. Ability to lead and manage a diverse kitchen team. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Passion for hip hop culture and incorporating that passion into food and dining experiences.
