We are looking for experienced sushi chef. This person would be in charge of the basic sushi needs Mis en place , cleaning fish , set up for service. Making sushi rolls during operation. Must have high volume restaurant experience. Requires to make maki rolls at a high speed.
  • Maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Preparation of other items for the sushi bar
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
