Urgently looking for two 1099 workers temporary for the upcoming tax season to fill the following positions below, please know tasks will be interchangeable so it’s better if both individuals know how to do all of it and the job will be split btwn two individuals.


Intake - Scan tax forms, follow up with missing forms, get familiar with the system set up in the office, most likely need in the mornings for part of the week. Some understanding with individual tax is a big plus but not a requirement.


Billing Admin- Accept payments, track payments, Enroll clients in payment plans, follow up with missing bills. Evenings for part of the week/weekend.


Please note if you had experience with individual taxes at all, this is urgent especially since we’re going into the tax season. Our location is in bay ridge so Arabic speaking is preferred for at least one of these positions.
