KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Project Manager will oversee a range of capital projects through all stages of planning, design, and construction at a time of significant growth on Governors Island, ensuring that projects proceed in coordination with available funding sources, the Island’s operational needs, and short-term and long-term development plans. Projects will include historic building rehabilitations, maritime and utility infrastructure, public space improvements, and more.
