ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Be able to perform all assigned tasks which typically include but are not limited to the following: • Check and make sure the company vehicle, pressure washer machinery, hoses, chemicals, and tools are stocked and in working order, • Visit clients and understand their pressure washing needs, • Use pressure washers and pertinent machinery to clean all types of surfaces including homes, buildings, windows, roofs, awnings, decks, patios, walkways, driveways, and fencing, • Remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other organic growth from surfaces, • Use degreasers or removal chemicals as labels recommend when requested, • Inspect surfaces being cleaned to assure chemicals and ratios used do not damage the finishes of each product, • Spot-check areas to ensure the surfaces cleaned and up to company standards, • Review job with the client once you are complete, • Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly, • Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury, • Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to management. SKILLS: • Experience operating pressure washing equipment preferred but not required; training will be provided, • Knowledge of different cleaning solutions and their appropriate uses, • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision, • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results, • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions Location: Long Island, NY Bilingual English/Spanish required
