Job Description All employees are lineworkers. As a lineworker you will be assigned to one of four areas based on the needs of the business: Production Duty, Front End Duty, Sales Floor Duty or Loading Dock Duty. The Production Lineworker position will help process donated merchandise in the production room to be sold on the retail sales floor.
