Position Summary: The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing effective, individualized interventions for individuals with autism and behavior challenges. This role requires the ability to recognize and discuss signs of autism, as well as an understanding of diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum and behavioral disorder. Job Description Position Overview The Behavioral Support Specialist works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavioral support services for individuals receiving care through APluscare.
