We are currently seeking a highly skilled Industrial Control Electrician to support our advanced production and automation systems. About the Role As an Industrial Control Electrician at Rotor Clip, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the electrical and automation infrastructure that supports our manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced industrial environment and brings strong experience with electrical systems, PLCs, automation equipment, and low‐voltage control circuits. Key Responsibilities • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial electrical systems, control panels, and automated production equipment., • Diagnose and repair PLC‐controlled machinery, motor controls, and electro-mechanical systems used throughout Rotor Clip’s manufacturing processes., • Work extensively with 24‐volt low‐voltage control circuits, including sensors, relays, solenoids, photo‐eyes, and safety devices., • Install and configure VFDs, instrumentation, and industrial communication networks., • Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder logic, and OEM documentation., • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency., • Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and Rotor Clip safety and quality standards., • Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to support equipment upgrades, automation improvements, and root‐cause analyses., • Accurately document maintenance work, repairs, and control system updates. Special Focus: 24‐Volt Low‐Voltage Control Systems • Build, wire, and troubleshoot 24VDC control circuits used in automated assembly, forming, and packaging equipment., • Diagnose issues involving limit switches, inductive and proximity sensors, actuators, and control relays., • Verify signal quality, grounding integrity, circuit protection, and device functionality., • Support integration and maintenance of safety‐related components such as interlocks and emergency‐stop systems., • Ensure proper routing, sizing, labeling, and documentation of all low‐voltage wiring. Qualifications • Licensed Industrial Electrician or equivalent trade certification preferred., • 3–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment., • Strong experience with 24‐volt control systems, sensors, relays, and automation equipment., • Working knowledge of PLC hardware (Allen‐Bradley, Siemens, etc.); programming experience is a plus., • Proficiency with 3‐phase power distribution, motor controls, and VFDs., • Ability to read and interpret control schematics and technical documentation., • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills., • Ability to work independently and in a team environment., • Availability for overtime.
