Job Description Commercial Electrician – Yoga Studio Build-Outs Top-Notch is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician to join our team for ongoing yoga studio renovation and build-out projects. This is not an electrical-only position. Once the electrical portion of the project is completed, you will be expected to work with the rest of the crew and assist with completing the remaining scope of work. This may include demolition, flooring, baseboards, painting/prep, installing signs, wall-mounted accessories, FRP, fixtures, minor carpentry, cleanup, and other general commercial remodeling tasks as needed. These types of items are included throughout the project scope. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, versatile, dependable, and willing to work outside of the electrical trade when needed. You should be able to work independently, follow a scope of work, and complete clean professional installations. Requirements: Commercial electrical experience, basic electrical and construction tools, reliable transportation, dependable attendance, ability to work safely, and willingness to perform general construction work after electrical work is complete. Projects primarily consist of renovating and building out yoga/fitness studio locations.
