Job Description We are seeking licensed therapists who are passionate about providing long-term relationship solutions to couples and families in their community. Responsibilities include guiding patients through crises, diagnosing psychological disorders, highlighting problematic patterns that need to be changed, improving communication, and assisting patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors. You must have current licensure as an LMFT (licensed marriage and family therapist), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and 1-3 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Compensation: $48 - $65 hourly Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate, thoroughly documented patient records with a quality of documentation that meets facility and licensing standards, • Utilize solution-focused therapy strategies to provide mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children, • Participate in clinical team meetings on a weekly basis, and engage with community organizations, • Perform intake and needs assessments for individuals, significant others, and family members through testing, interviews, observations, and conversation sessions, • Providing high-quality couples and family therapy using Gottman and other evidence-based approaches., • Helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate relationship challenges., • Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans to support long-term relationship success., • Engaging in clinical team meetings, peer consultations, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in a field such as counseling or social work; we prefer a master’s degree, • State license that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or equivalent, • CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are required, • Superb problem-solving and analytical skills are required, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, • Licensed therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist Ph.D./Psy.D.) with a pay rate of $48 - $65 per hour., • Provisionally licensed therapists (LPCC, LSW, MFT-C), • Passion for couples therapy and a strong desire to specialize in the Gottman Method., • Willingness to train in CBT, DBT, EMDR, sex therapy, or other evidence-based modalities., • Availability for at least one evening or weekend shift to accommodate couples' schedules.
