The Enterprise Effects Division (EED) drives integration of Aerospace's strategic capabilities across the national space enterprise. The divisionleveragesa broad array of engineering disciplines against a dynamic portfolio of programs, customers, and national challenges. EED spans the capability lifecycle from concept and architecture design to performance assessment to application of space and space-enabled capabilities. We areseekinga drivenand confidentSenior-levelAdministrativePartnerto work directly with the General Manager.In this pivotal role, you will be a key contributor to the division's leadership team, offering strategic and forward-thinking insights to drive team and organizational success. You willbe responsible foranticipatingneeds, making informed recommendations, and activelyparticipatingin planning and decision-making processes. Your duties will include streamlining workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and providing collaborative administrative leadership to enhance overall operations. Strong problem-solving skills, process ownership, and effective communication with leaders, colleagues, and customers across the organization are essential to ensure smooth operations and thetimelyachievement of internal and external deadlines. The selected candidate willbe requiredto work full-time, on-site at ourcorporatefacilitiesinChantilly, VA,Colorado Springs,CO or El Segundo, CA. WhatYou'llBe Doing * Act as a partner, representative, and point of contact for GM by working closely with and fostering connections with internal management, government customers, contractors, andexternal senior leaders * Organize and prioritize critical issues and information for the leader(s) tofacilitateefficient decision making * Oversee coordination of employeeadminsupport for the division (e.g.,office space,on-boarding, timesheet administration/auditing, training requirements, supply/equipment orders) * Coordinateandfacilitatespecial projectsfor the division includingtrackingactions items and deliverables * Coordinate division, corporate, and customer reports/deliverables/org charts (compile/edit/publish) * Provide input and feedback on GM/Division-level activities and decisions, with follow-up communications and coordination * Executestrategic, proactive, and complexcalendar/meeting/event planning management andscheduleresolutionacross multiple time zones anddepartments, and organizational levels * Arrange travel coordination,logistics, and expense reporting forseniorleadership * Improve and ensure effective processes/systems within the division that provide superior organization,efficiencyand industry-lead technicalbestpractices * Coordinatetimelysupportacrossmultiple US geographic locations(such asEl Segundo, Chantilly, Colorado Springs, Albuquerque) * Collaborate with admins across the corporation to achieve coverage and increase efficiencyand consistency * Lead by training andmentoring admins andserve asa role model bydemonstratingprofessionalism, team collaboration, technicalexpertise, andleadership behavior that is consistent with the company's values What You Need to be Successful MinimumRequirements: * High School Diploma,GEDor equivalentisrequired * Advanced administrative skills: project coordination, strategic execution of tasks, organization, detail-oriented, writing, and proofreading * Advanced technological fluency across a wide range of tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams,SharePointand Excel * Advanced communication & interpersonal skills:leadership, collaboration, strategic thinking, problem-solving, emotionalintelligence,diplomatic,judgment,business acumen, and decision making, across all levels of the organization * Ability to rapidly adapt to changing environments andanticipateneeds of the organization * Ability to handle sensitive and personnel-related information appropriately and support sensitive management functions * Ability to work independently and/or cooperatively with a team to proactively deliver innovative solutions and resolve issues with minimal direction * This position requires the ability to obtain andmaintaina TS/SSBI/SCI security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship isrequiredto obtain a security clearance. How You Can Stand Out It would be impressive if you have one or more of these: * Prior experience as a senior admin or similar role * Familiarity with enterprise software packages such asTeams,Concur, Workday, JIRA, Confluence * Familiarity with Aerospace corporate organizational structures, policies, processes, and practices * Experience with classified procedures, processes, and data handling * A current and active TS/SSBI/SCI security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government is highly preferred. U.S. citizenship isrequiredto obtain a security clearance. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
