We are building a pipeline of experienced behavioral health clinicians—Clinical Psychologists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers—who are passionate about enhancing psychological readiness, resilience, and well-being for Soldiers, civilians, and their families in high-demand, sensitive environments. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Patient Care & Behavioral Health Support: • Provide behavioral health treatment and rehabilitation services under applicable licensure and scope of practice., • Conduct or assist in assessments, including clinical interviews, mental status examinations, substance abuse evaluations, and standardized psychological or nursing assessments., • Observe, document, and report patient progress, behavioral changes, and outcomes to the clinical care team., • Conduct or assist in group and individual counseling interventions, therapeutic community activities, and related milieu treatment programs in accordance with Defense Health Agency (DHA) policies., • Provide patient education to enhance awareness and understanding of mental and behavioral health conditions., • Coordinate with military, civilian, and community agencies regarding patient care, treatment, prevention, rehabilitation, and administrative functions., • Obtain collateral information from appropriate agencies and assist in referral coordination to public, private, and military community resources., • Prepare, maintain, and manage patient records, reports, and documentation related to behavioral health services and specialty care., • Support case management and administrative processes as required to ensure continuity of care. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Clinical Psychologist Education: * • Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)., • Graduate from an APA accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology., • Successful completion from an internship in psychology accredited by the APA. Experience: • Minimum of two (2) years full-time treatment experience post-licensure, • Documented provision of treatment supervision, oversight, and management experience., • Minimum of two (2) years within the past five (5) years in the practice of clinical psychology., • Must provide clinical peer reviews within the last two (2) years prior to applying for position., • Experience in behavioral interventions, critical incident event management, public speaking, and case management. Licensure & Certifications: • Active, unrestricted state license to practice psychology in any U.S. state or territory., • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or Red Cross). Clearance Requirements: • Active Secret security clearance required., • TOP Secret/SCI eligibility required, • TS/SCI Preferred Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Education: • Master’s degree in Nursing from CCNE or ACEN-accredited program. Experience: • Minimum of two (2) years in the practice of psychiatric services post licensure, preferably in a government setting such as DoD or VA providing clinical services to individuals, couples, or groups in psychotherapy services., • Experience in behavioral interventions, critical incident event management, public speaking, and case management. Licensure & Certifications: • Current full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in any U.S. state or territory., • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or Red Cross). Clearance Requirements: • Active Secret security clearance required., • TOP Secret/SCI eligibility required, • TS/SCI Preferred Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Education: • Master’s degree from a CSWE-accredited program. Experience: • Minimum four (4) years post-licensure clinical social work experience within the past five (5) years., • Experience in psychotherapy, crisis response, and case management. Licensure & Certification: • Current full, active and unrestricted LCSW license., • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or Red Cross). Clearance Requirements: • Active Secret security clearance required., • TOP Secret/SCI eligibility required, • TS/SCI Preferred Skills & Competencies (All Providers): • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of mental and behavioral health conditions according to professional standards and scope of practice., • Skilled in managing acute behavioral health crises, including de-escalation, safety planning, and emergency response., • Proficiency in conducting clinical interviews, psychological or psychiatric assessments, and maintaining accurate, timely, and thorough patient records in compliance with DoD and DHA requirements., • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including other behavioral health providers, medical staff, and command leadership., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. WORK CONDITIONS: Location: • INSCOM-supported locations (assignment dependent on contract award and mission needs. Schedule: • Standard duty hours, typically Monday-Friday, with flexibility to support leadership engagements, travel, and command events.
